Debbie's Story

Debbie began her career at BBC Bristol in 1988 and since then , has built an outstanding reputation as a hugely experienced and dependable Production Manager. With a career spanning more than three decades, she has worked across a wide range of television, digital, and branded content productions, supporting projects from initial development through to final delivery.

Highly organised, calm under pressure, and meticulous in her attention to detail, Debbie excels at transforming creative ideas into smoothly delivered productions. Her expertise covers all aspects of production management, including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, crew management, contracts, compliance, risk assessment, and post-production delivery. She has a proven track record of ensuring productions are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Throughout her career, Debbie has worked closely with broadcasters, agencies, clients and creative teams,  building strong relationships through her collaborative approach and excellent communication skills. Equally at home in the fast-moving world of digital media or television , she brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to every project.
